Internship Work
In the link below is a video containing a sample of the work I did at WJXT channel 4. I learned the basics of a program called Final Cut Pro. This is an advanced video editing software that allowed me to import video, add effects, and edit the whole overall video project. In the clip below is an example of a video film issue and resolution I created using Final Cut Pro. The problem I faced was the talent was still facing his partner but the camera switched angels to early when he started talking. This left me with a zoomed in, side view of his face. To resolve this problem I clipped the video until his face was centered in front view. I left the audio so it wouldn't sound cut off. On the shot back to the two shot the camera was to quick so it showed the talent looking down instead of at the camera to cover this issue I inserted small clips from real news segments to smooth the transition back to the two shot at the desk.
